Moodboarding:

Collected ideas for low-poly island civilisations.

Modelling & Animation:

Built the island and its features in Maya, while simultaneously experimenting with abstract character development for the residents.

Although initially written with humans in mind, experimentation and new skill in 3D modelling called for the beings to become supernatural.

Moodboarding:

1. Surians: Tribals, close to nature, never left their island, continuing practices for generations, ancient wisdom, in touch with the ultimate energy, superstitious beliefs, minimal posessions, peaceful life

2. Masais: City dwellers,  driven by material posessions, sharp and smart, largest empire in the world, travellers and knowledge gatherers, war and acquistion

3D Modelling:

Developed the character of Suri in Maya and Zbrush, the leader of the Surians tribe. Texture it in Adobe Substance Painter.

"Of Me and Mine" is an epic narrative set in circa 1200 BC South Asia, weaving a tale of knowledge transfer across generations and civilizations. It follows Eli, from childhood survival following a catastrophic fire to becoming a king, intertwined with encounters of mentorship, love, and a quest for wisdom with Kish.
